Install the Plugin

Two ways to install — choose whichever is easier.

Option A

WordPress Plugin Directory

Go to Plugins → Add New, search for StudioMeta Voice AI, click Install Now, then Activate.

Option B

Upload ZIP File

Download the ZIP from WordPress.org, then go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

After activation, a new Voice AI menu item appears in your WordPress sidebar. That’s where you manage everything.

Go to Voice AI → License

In your WordPress admin sidebar, click Voice AI, then open the License tab.

Your Widget Goes Live

A floating AI button appears on every page of your site. Visitors can start talking or chatting right away.

One free trial per domain. Re-installing the plugin on the same domain returns the same trial license.

Configure Your Agent

Go to Voice AI → My Agent to personalize how your assistant looks, sounds, and behaves.

Agent Name

Give your assistant a name — e.g. “Sarah,” “Alex,” or your brand name.

Voice

Choose from 30 Gemini voices. Preview each one before saving.

First Message

The first thing your agent says when a visitor opens the widget.

System Prompt

Instructions that define your agent’s personality, tone, and behaviour.

Knowledge Base

Add your FAQs, pricing, and services. Use “Import from site” to auto-crawl your pages.

Language

Set the agent’s primary language. Supported: English, Persian, Arabic, French, Spanish, and more.

Widget & Shortcodes

The widget appears as a floating button on all pages by default. Use a shortcode to embed it on specific pages instead.

Embeds the full voice + chat widget inline on any page or post.

To show the widget only on specific pages, go to Voice AI → Widget and disable “Show floating button on all pages”. Then add to the pages where you want it.

Themes

Six visual themes: Classic, Floating, Soft Round, Dark Modern, Glass, and Gradient.

Position

Bottom-right or bottom-left. Customisable offset from the edge.

Colour

Set a primary colour to match your brand.
